Motion sickness: The day before departure, 2 tablets morning and night.
Day of departure, 1 tablet on departure, repeat if necessary.
Nausea: 2 tablets at first sign of symptoms, repeat if necessary.

• COCCULUS INDICUS 4CH: Nauseas, vomiting, dizziness, headache, gastric feeling of hollowness and cold sweats caused by motion sickness, seasickness, air sickness or by looking at a moving object. Very worsened on winding roads.
• NUX VOMICA (colubrina) 4CH: Discomfort in a moving car, worsen in the morning or after meals. Violent nausea, vomiting, headaches, dizziness and sensation as if the brain turned in a circle.

• PETROLEUM 4CH: Particularly affected by train and boat travels. Nauseas and dizziness. Dizziness when getting up from a lay down position and by closing eyes. Worse upon awakening and on an empty stomach. Severe discomfort, worsen by rise or descent movements and from the odor of fuel.
• TABACUM 4CH: Nauseas, dizziness, paleness, vomiting, cold perspiration. Sea sickness with extreme paleness, vomiting and giddinesses at the slightest movement. Improved with closed eyes and in open air.

Etiology: Motions sickness can occur with any form of transportation that can produce excessive vestibular stimulation, including ship, motor vehicle, train, plane, spacecraft, and playground or amusement park ride.

Manifestations:Nausea and vague abdominal discomfort are characteristic. Vomiting may also occur. These symptoms may be preceded by yawning, hyperventilation, salivation, pallor, profuse cold sweating, and somnolence. Other symptoms include aerophagia, dizziness, headache, fatigue, weakness, and inability to concentrate.
